Each 2-capsule serving has 75 mcg of iodine from kelp and potassium iodide, B vitamins, selenium, zinc, a 600 mg blend with L-tyrosine, ashwagandha and rhodiola, and 15 mg of DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone). The box explains that it carries half the US recommended daily iodine on purpose, as a precaution.

The box says it is formulated for men and women. It asks you to consult your physician first if you are under 18.

The 600 mg blend contains: L-tyrosine, organic ashwagandha root, L-proline, forskohlii root, L-theanine, eleuthero root, turmeric, chamomile flower, schisandra fruit, epimedium leaf, guggul, rhodiola root, evening primrose seed oil, maltodextrin, bacopa, octacosanol, ginger root, milk thistle seed and L-glutathione. The box does not give the amount of each. Other ingredients: hypromellose capsule. Made in the USA (GMP) by Organic Health Labs in Miami.
